From your initial brief, we can prepare an estimate of cost for your project. This is the time to mention any budget restrictions, so that we can work within the boundaries if required.

For first-time customers we sometimes require a 50% deposit before work commences, dependent upon the amount of time and resources involved. We proceed with design stages before making up final artwork and committing to print, or in the case of websites – build.

If during the design or artwork process extra resources are required which effect the cost of the project we will advise you immediately.

We endeavour to keep communication channels open at all times and we can make an initial visit at the start of a project, we often use Zoom/Microsoft Teams/Skype, e-mail or other technology throughout the project to discuss, deliver and develop design or artwork in order to keep a cost-efficient and effective service throughout.
